Organizational Restructure

Earlier this year, our Vice President of Health Access and Quality, Cindy Keltner, announced her retirement. While we are excited for Cindy as she embarks on her new chapter in life, her impending retirement also required that we look at our organizational structure, and marked an opportunity to work with her and other senior leaders to develop a new structure that best allows CPCA to help our members meet the demands of delivering high-quality, patient-led, and community-centered care in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

CPCA Launches Regulatory Engagement Library

Once a bill is signed into law, many of the details of how it is to be implemented are done through regulations. Accordingly, CPCA engages in regulatory advocacy, working with state and federal departments to influence how regulations are drafted, interpreted, or implemented, as a way to ensure successful implementation for community health centers (CHCs) and patients.

Get to Know the Encounter Data Resource Hub

Improving encounter data reporting is critical to advancing healthcare equity and affordability in California. As the Encounter Data Governance Entity (EDGE), funded through a grant from Health Net, LLC, the Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA) is coordinating initiatives to improve how encounter data is collected, reported, and used.
