CPCA Expands Partnerships:
New, Innovative Solutions to Help Health Centers Thrive
Since 2013, CPCA has offered a menu of discounted programs and services to enhance and transform the operational, financial, leadership, workforce, clinical and quality capacity of California’s community health centers (CHCs). Our most successful service lines are those developed through partnerships with national industry experts. CHC-specific services that are offered include Data Analytics, Health Information Technology, Telehealth, Total Coverage Management and other Provider Solutions.
Over the past two (2) years, CPCA expanded its service offerings in an effort to continue to meet member needs by entering into new partnerships with Macro-Eyes, Community Health Ventures (CHV), The Inline Group, HealthViewX, Altruis, and the Compassion Institute.
2019
Macro-Eyes is centered on their Artificial Intelligence Scheduling software, known as Sibyl. Sibyl is a seamless add-on to CHCs’ scheduling systems, and through artificial intelligence helps increase access to care by predicting when each patient is most likely to show, building a schedule, appointment by appointment, that fills gaps before they happen.
CHV, an affiliate of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), offers a Value in Benefits (ViB) program, in partnership with Nonstop Administration & Insurance Services, Inc. (Nonstop Wellness). Nonstop Wellness is a proprietary health insurance product that combines the cost saving benefits of a self-funded plan with the financial predictability of a fully-funded plan.
The Inline Group provides members the opportunity to utilize a recruitment tool that is focused exclusively on primary care and behavioral health clinicians and provides them with personalized services to each client, detailed analytic reports to track their progress, and on-going monthly marketing. This service brings an innovative solution to change the way a provider search is delivered.
2020
HealthViewX provides CPCA members a Referral Management tool that is a HIPAA- Compliant Software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that enables seamless inbound/outbound patient referral management. Through a customizable workflow, it allows CHCs to manage their end-to-end referral cycle with extensive visibility, enabling providers to streamline the process, reduce medical errors/delays and receive analytics for informed decision-making.
Altruis enables CPCA to continue to provide revenue cycle management (RCM) services to our members. Altruis serves providers with the most innovative RCM technologies and services that deliver on the promise of healthier revenue - enabling CHCs to remain focused on patient care.
The Compassion Institute (CI) partnership stemmed from the need to address burnout and self-care among the health workforce. Through this partnership, CPCA delivers programs that are developed by thought leaders and industry experts in compassion science and education, as we aim to support the healthcare community in their goal of growing resilience and well-being, delivering compassionate care, and ultimately co-creating cultures and systems of care.
As CPCA continues to look towards the future, we continue to strive to provide innovative solutions and assist our CHC members with programs and services that improve both member and patient experience. For more information please visit CPCA’s CHC Business Services webpage.
