CPCA OLYMPICS

Olympic season arrived early at the CPCA offices. In honor of our 30th anniversary year, CPCA’s staff appreciation team hosted an office Olympics in early July that will go down in history. Three competitions – an office scavenger hunt, Olympics trivia, and quiz about the CPCA staff – gave us the chance to get to know our teammates and compete for the gold. Congratulations to the teams that medaled!

CALIFORNIA STATE FAIR

CPCA staff braved the heat with friends and family to enjoy the California State Fair for our annual summer outing. We gathered for lunch and some friendly competition before hitting the midway.  During lunch, CPCA President & CEO Francisco Silva spoke about the importance of family and community, both in the work we do for our members and in the community we’re building among CPCA staff. Thanks to all who joined!

Melissa Marshall, M.D.

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Melissa Marshall is a visionary healthcare executive and thought leader known for her expertise in primary care redesign, population health strategies, and advocacy for marginalized populations. Dr. Marshall served as the CEO of CommuniCare Health Centers prior to their merger with OLE Health, where she spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives that galvanized change in the public safety net. As CMO, Dr. Marshall will play a pivotal role in driving our efforts toward improving population health outcomes and advocating for policies that advance health equity and public health in California.

Amy Moore

Assistant Director of Managed Care

Amy Moore has fifteen years of experience in healthcare analytics, finance and strategy in both payer and provider organizations. In her most recent role as a Strategic Planning Manager for Sutter Health, she was responsible for a portfolio of projects supporting Sutter’s success in value-based reimbursement models. Amy is excited to join CPCA in helping ensure a more accessible and equitable health system for all Californians.

Pablo Mora

Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Pablo Mora is a Spanish-speaking bilingual professional with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. Pablo found a passion for finance/accounting when he began his career as a temp at Skyline Scaffold, Inc. in 2017. Pablo was born and raised in Oakland, CA and moved to Sacramento after graduating from UC Davis.
